Call for disability quota in public service

The Federal Government is not shy of trumpeting its commitment to Australians with disabilities, but today the Disability Commissioner criticised the Government's own record on employing people with disabilities.

The Government centred this year's budget around participation in the workforce, and it especially made much of its efforts to help people with disabilities get off welfare and back into work.
