TUGGERANONG HEALTH CONNECTIONS EVENT

ACT Medicare Local would like to invite representatives from Community
Sector Health Service Providers to attend the "Tuggeranong Local Health
Connections Event".
The purpose of this meeting is to develop contacts and connections amongst
Primary Health, Allied Health and Community Sector health service providers
within the Tuggeranong area.
The theme for this event is -Health care for families with teenagers. We
will discuss issues relating to the provision of health services to families
and older children.
When: Thursday 4th April 6-8pm
Where: Southern Cross Club Tuggeranong
This practical workshop will use case study presentations to explore
available options for patient care and support in Tuggeranong.
Space will be provided for organisations to showcase the health based
programs, resources and services they provided.
