Invitation to a Meeting to Discuss Support for your Clients/Members

We need your valued input!

As I am sure you know, there are so many training and development options available today to parents, teachers and organisations, and upon leaving workshops in the past, you may have experienced confusion of how to integrate the information or how to utilise it most effectively in the home, school or therapeutic environments. With the content and the process to make the difference, we can help you! We have a tremendous amount of effective and evidenced based processes to offer, and thus to ensure that the workshops we are intending to deliver to you in Canberra will contain the right content, techniques and strategies that are beneficial, worthwhile and helpful to your clients/members, we need your help!

The workshop facilitators, Scott Hardie from Coaching MBS (based in Melbourne) and Simone Hamilton from Kai Willow (based in Canberra), have joined forces to share their passion for helping people of all ages who have challenges with ASD (including Asperger Syndrome), ADHD, ADD, APD, ODD, OCD and Dyslexia as well as the current endemic: bullying (both in schools and in the workplace).

Scott and Simone are delighted to be able to share their skills, knowledge, tools and techniques through a series of workshops to be offered in Canberra over the next 12 months.  They have plenty of content for inclusion in these workshops and would therefore greatly appreciate the valued input of organisations such as yours, who provide direct support to the people they are trying to help.

You are therefore invited to attend a meeting to discuss the upcoming series of workshops that are proposed to benefit your members/clients.

The objective of this meeting is to…

1.      Provide an overview of the various workshops and support services available through Coaching MBS and Kai Willow

2.      Provide Scott and Simone with the opportunity to learn more about the specific needs and challenges of your clients/members so that these can be addressed and incorporated in their workshops designed for their benefit, and

3.      General discussion and Q&A about the workshops (eg, target audiences, costs, dates, durations, etc)

Scott Hardie

Coaching Mind Body & Soul

www.coachingmbs.com

Scott is a Speech Pathologist, Autism & Behavioural Coach and Master Coach & Trainer of NLP, and Hypnotherapy/Mindfulness.

He has worked within the sectors of National Sport, Education and Mental Health with children, adolescents and young adults for the past 20 years. He has successfully fulfilled these years within senior roles; educating and guiding parents, other Speech Pathologists, Allied Health staff and Educators throughout this time.

Scott has his own private practice as a Speech Pathologist & Holistic Coach for children, adolescents and young adults with social, emotional, language, learning and behavioural challenges. He works with their families to ease the energy of home and community environments, and create possibilities in pathways for life. The results that Scott facilitates in his clientele, families, schools are accelerated and created with ease, shifting the client to become more connected to their inner and outer worlds.

Scott’s specialised area of coaching resides with Educational Coaching; working with children and adolescents, and the people with whom they interact on a daily basis: parents and families, peer groups, teachers and support staff, and school leaders.

Scott has integrated his own life experiences, his knowledge and experience in the vast and complex areas of child and adolescent development with his understanding of the connection between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the youth of today. He interacts with youth through these different planes, and this allows them to feel instantaneous rapport and trust.

Scott’s own journey with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) enhances this perspective; providing unique insight to individuals, families, schools, and organisations.

On an organisational level, the benefit of utilising Scott’s knowledge and experience includes the merging of the inside-out perspective on ASD with the allied health perspective from Speech Pathology and Mental Health.

The results that Scott facilitates in his clientele with ASD are accelerated and with ease, shifting the client to become more connected to their inner and outer worlds.

Simone Hamilton

Kai Willow

www.kaiwillow.com.au

Simone is a Personal Change Specialist with qualifications as a Master Hypnotherapist, a Master NLP Practitioner, a Demartini Method Facilitator and a Business Facilitator.

Simone has previously studied psychology, human behaviour, life coaching and communication and has extensive experience (over 30 years) in the public, private and community sectors with various organisations across Australia (including four years in East Arnhemland).

Simone’s professional and personal life experiences, combined with a passion for helping others, are the influencing factors behind the creation of Kai Willow.  This business was founded by Simone and her best friend, Kerry Logan, who shares Simone passion and vision, and is equally trained as a Personal Change Specialist.

Kai Willow provides various programs and workshops to help people of all ages overcome traumas and hurts from their past; make positive changes in their lives; adapt to workplace change and challenges; break unhealthy habits; overcome fears and phobias and manage conditions such as ADHD, anxiety and depression.

Simone also developed the practical, visual tool: The Willow Method, designed to help people cognitively process and manage change and challenges in their lives.  This tool is based on the growth rings of a tree, which symbolically represent a person’s ‘growth rings’ as being the events and experiences of a person’s life – the triumphs, traumas and tragedies.  It is these events (good and bad) that provide enormous opportunity for growth and learnings - and ultimately shape who we are and the pathways we choose. Personal Change Specialists at Kai Willow work with clients to help lift any negative emotions attached to their life events and experiences, which otherwise could keep them from moving forward in their lives.

Kai Willow is located within the Woden Wellness Centre in Gadal Chambers, 48 Corinna Street, Woden ACT and can be contacted on 1300 945 569 or email: simone@kaiwillow.com.au.
