SOUTH CANBERRA HEALTH CONNECTIONS EVENT

Does your organisation provide health related services and programs for
vulnerable people?
Do you find it difficult to make connections with other providers and
referral points?
ACT Medicare Local invites representatives from Community Sector
Organisations to attend the "South Canberra Local Health Connections
Event".
The purpose of this meeting is to develop contacts and connections amongst
Primary Health, Allied Health and Community Sector service providers.
The theme for this event is - Health care for the vulnerable.
This practical workshop will use case study presentations to explore
available options for patient care and support.

When: Tuesday 14th May 6-8pm
Where: Canberra Southern Cross Yacht Club- Marquee

Tables will be provided for organisations to showcase the health based
programs, resources and services they provided.
