Mature-Aged Carers Programs open for referrals.

CatholicCare is open for referrals in their Mature-Aged Carers Program.

The Mature Carers Program provides support to carers over the age of 65 yrs
and carers of Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander background over the age
of 45 yrs, to enable a person with a disability to remain in the family
home.

Carers nearing this age may also be considered, with preference given to
those who have been caring for over 30 years.

Clients must reside within the ACT and care for an individual with a
physical or intellectual disability.
