Would you like to prepare yourselves for a smooth transition to family life?
Canberra Mothercraft Society in partnership with Relationships Australia,
Canberra & Region and Tuggeranong Child & Family Centre are conducting a
preparation for Parenting Program - Relaxing into Parenting Program & Baby
Makes 3 - FREE
6 prenatal and 2 postnatal sessions will assist expectant parents to:
* Ease you into parenting and prepares you for this new phase
* Strengthen relationships and help maintain intimacy at this
precious and challenging time
* Build confidence about responding to your baby's needs
* Create a support network and help you know where to find help when
you need it.
Course commences end June 18, 6-8pm for 6 consecutive Tuesdays for couples
whose babies are due in late July, August and September 2013.
Further courses will be held at West Belconnen and Gungahlin Child and
Family Centres for babies due later in 2013 and early 2014.
