ACT Event on July 6 in Woden, and hear top speakers and get assistance

Just a handful of people who die in the ACT each year have made an
advanced care plan. In some cases, relatives can over-ride your wishes.
To find out how to take care of your own wishes, come along and take
advantage of ACT Health's Respecting Patients Choices team ready to give
clear advice and help you fill out your forms, at the July 6 Event. It's
as important as a will, if not more!
