to 1:00pm The ACT Human Rights Commission is providing free training on
Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying

Sector. This workshop provides comprehensive coverage of this critical
workplace issue by helping individuals and organisations understand their
rights and responsibilities.
What will you learn?
* Everyday examples of how harassment and bullying happens;
* How to recognise behaviour that could be harassment and bullying;
* Understanding the human and financial costs of harassment and
bullying;
* How harassment and bullying connects with the Discrimination Act
1991, and work safety law; and
* Strategies to respond to and prevent harassment and bullying.
The workshop is interactive and draws on real-life cases. It is FREE but
only open to community sector organisations, employees and individuals.
While this session is not open to Government or private sector employees,
the Commission would be happy to provide tailored training for these
