Arts and Disability network opportunity.

Artists with Disability Program

Are you an Artist living with a Disability?
Are you interested in receiving a grant to assist you with your arts
practice?
The Australia Council recently announced a new Artists with Disability
Program to enable artists with disability to create, develop, present,
produce, exhibit and tour their work.
Individuals and groups who identify as having disability can apply for
grants of up to $10,000 for development and up to $20,000 for arts
projects.
The Australia Council, in conjunction with artsACT, will hold an
information session in Canberra:

When: 12.30 - 1.30pm, 19 February 2014
Where: Belconnen Arts Centre, 118 Emu Bank, Belconnen

The program closes on 3 March 2014 and guidelines are available at:

It is recommended that you read the guidelines prior to the information
session.

Organisations who work with artists living with a disability are also
encouraged to attend.

You are welcome to attend even if you do not intend to apply for funding
this year but would be interested in information to assist with future
funding applications.
