Position Vacant: Program Manager, Access & Engagement.

The Aged & Disability team at Northside Community Service is currently seeking applications from highly motivated candidates for the full time, fixed term contract position of a Program Manager, Access & Engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Aged & Disability Services, the main duties of this position will be:

* Extensive experience working in client centered model of practice.
* Experience and/or extensive knowledge in NDIS, and in developing and delivering fee for service models of practice.
* Well-developed communication (oral and written) and exceptional skills in developing key strategic partnerships.
* A sound understanding of the community sector, with knowledge of a wide variety of communities, including Aged & Disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and LGBTIQ.
* Sound conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* Ability to think outside the square and be innovative.

The Program Manager, Access & Engagement is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the following programs:

* Domestic Assistance
* Personal Care
* Community Transport Program
* Targeted Support Team
* Community Development
* Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Job Readiness Program
* Front of House Services (reception/admin)
