Workshop: Leading Teams and Being a Super Supervisor - 1 Aug

LEADING TEAMS AND BEING A SUPER SUPERVISOR

Presented by Antoniette Gomez of Exhale Consulting Group.

This training session will focus on supporting participants to become 'super supervisors' and to learn how to effectively lead a team. The first part of the session will briefly touch on communication, including how to understand preferred styles of communication and develop greater rapport building skills. The main part of the session will include:

- Setting clear expectations
- Giving & receiving feedback in a non-obtrusive manner
- Staff inductions
- Staff reviews
- Giving constructive feedback
- Having difficult conversations
- Understanding and dealing with bullying
- Leading and managing change
